Fab Funda believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been communicated to our vendors/merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.
• Once the order has been dispatched from our side, cancellation requests will not be accepted and the order amount will not be eligible for a refund. Customers are requested to carefully review their order details before placing an order.
• If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may request an exchange in accordance with our exchange policy. To process such requests, it is mandatory to provide a clear unboxing video showing the entire package opening process from start to finish without any edits or interruptions. The video must clearly display the product and the damage or defect.
• If a refund is approved by Fab Funda, it will be processed within 6-8 working days and credited to the customer's original payment method.
• If the customer faces a size issue, the product can be exchanged for the same item in a different available size, subject to stock availability.
